Service Policy

Transfers:
All transfer requests should be made by email no later than two days after the second class, and can be subject to a $50 transferring fee. You may request to transfer to a different course only if there are four or more students in your current group class.

Cancellation:
If your cancellation request is made in writing before the first day of scheduled class, class tuition can be refunded subject to a $50 cancellation fee (please allow three weeks for processing) OR you can receive a credit memo toward a future class (group or private). Your credit will remain available for six months from the registration date.

If your cancellation is made the same day or after the scheduled class, whether attended or not, tuition refunds are not available.

Spanish Horizons reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class. If this is the case, credit for your tuition payment can be transferred to a future class (group or private), OR you can request a full refund of your tuition.

PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE CLASS

Scheduling:
It is our goal to meet your scheduling preferences. Booking all your classes in advance is recommended.

To prevent schedule conflicts, please schedule or confirm your schedule for your next private/semi-private class at the end of each lesson, or call during office hours.

Rescheduling:
Your private/semi-private or recovery lesson time has been reserved exclusively for you. In order to reschedule, notice must be received 24 hours in advance. To reschedule a Monday class, the notice mus be received by 12:00 PM on Saturday.
